Apply the rules before drawing
Give each username one entry, require a keyword or hashtag, set a minimum mention count, and exclude host or sponsor accounts. The summary shows how many entries were kept or removed.
Fill winners and alternates without repeats
Choose the number of winner and alternate positions. Accept, disqualify, or redraw a selection while the no-duplicate rule protects completed positions.
Keep a usable result record

Can the picker remove duplicate Instagram users?
Yes. You can give each username one eligible entry and also prevent an accepted winner from being selected again.
Can I require a hashtag, keyword, or mentions?
Yes. The eligibility controls can require text in the comment and a minimum number of mentions before the draw.
Can I draw backup winners?
Yes. Set separate winner and alternate counts, then fill every position individually or draw the remaining positions together.
Do I have to connect an Instagram account?
